Loop set into the seam
Each loop is stitched into the vertical side seam, two per side, so the load runs up the seam rather than across a corner.
Common FIBC constructions side by side — top, loop and base combinations. Every model below is available in the dimensions, fabric weight and safety factor your load requires.
Extrusion, weaving, cutting, sewing, printing and inspection are completed in one facility, so fabric quality and stitching standards stay consistent from the first metre to the last bag.
On a side-seam loop bag the four lifting loops are stitched into the two vertical side seams, two loops per seam. The lift load runs straight up the seam instead of spreading diagonally across the corners, so the bag rises without the base drawing inward.
Because the seam fixes where the loop sits, the geometry of the bag repeats from one unit to the next. That matters on automated filling carousels and on palletising lines, where the hook or the gripper expects the loop in the same place every cycle.
Same footprint, same loop position, every bag in the run — the filling head, the pallet pattern and the container plan all stay on the drawing.
Each loop is stitched into the vertical side seam, two per side, so the load runs up the seam rather than across a corner.
The base does not draw inward as the bag rises, so the filled body stays square under the hook.
The seam fixes the loop position, so bag-to-bag variation stays inside the tolerance your line needs.
Suits filling carousels and auto-hook systems that need the loop in the same place every cycle.
Full open, filling skirt or spout; no strap crosses the top panel.
PE liner, document pouch, UV treatment and printing up to eight colours.
Ratings, dimensions and fabric weight are confirmed against your load before production. 3:1 available where specified.
Length, width and height set to your filling line and container plan.
Webbing width, loop length and spacing matched to your hook or tines.
Basis weight and coating chosen for load, dust and moisture.
Artwork confirmed with you before the print run starts.
Bales are pressed and container-loaded to maximise each shipment. Ocean freight for full container loads, land transport for regional delivery, air freight available for urgent samples.
Cross corner for crane and hoist lifting, where the bag hangs from four diagonal points. Side-seam when bags run on automated lines and the footprint has to stay compact and repeatable.
Yes. With the loops held upright, the tines pass through the loop openings for short-distance movement. For crane or hoist lifting, check that the hook or spreader bar is rated for the load.
Product must stay dry or the bag has to be dust-tight — choose coated. Product needs to breathe, or cost is the priority for a dry, coarse material — choose uncoated.
Bag size, target weight, the material, and how the bag is filled and emptied. That is enough for us to confirm fabric weight, loop specification and safety factor.
