The main raw materials for packing bags are polypropylene, calcium carbonate and anti-aging agents, which are characterized by the anti aging agent: 3,5_ Dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,5_ Dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid accounts for 1-5% of the total weight of polypropylene. Calcium carbonate accounts for 5-10% of the total weight of polypropylene, and a UV absorber is added to 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, and the UV absorber is o-hydroxybenzophenone. After aging test, the retention rate of warp breaking tensile strength is 70-75%, and that of weft breaking tensile strength is 55-60%. When the packed bag is made of calcium carbonate with 5-10% of polypropylene weight, it has good aging resistance and can be used as raw material for container bags. And it should be noted that the container bags should not be exposed to the sun for a long time, so as to avoid the continuous decrease of tensile strength of polypropylene in container bags.
